Shipping policy

Shipping time

Except for made-to-order and pre-order items, orders are shipped in order from the next business day after you order (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping may be delayed when orders are concentrated.
Made-to-order and pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
If you order made-to-order or pre-order items together with regular items, everything will be shipped together according to the latest shipping date. If you are in a hurry, please place separate orders (shipping fees apply to each order).

Shipping fees

A flat rate of ¥770 (tax incl.) per order anywhere in Japan, regardless of the number of items or the order amount.

Shipping area

We currently ship within Japan only. International shipping will start soon, as soon as we are ready.

About delivery

We cannot accept requests for a specific delivery date or time. Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Depending on its size, your item may be delivered to your mailbox.
Orders cannot be combined with other orders for shipping after they are placed.
Items cannot be picked up at post offices, carrier offices, or convenience stores.
