• We handle inquiries on business days only (weekdays, excluding weekends, Japanese public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays).
• Please allow 2–3 business days for a reply. Depending on your inquiry, it may take longer.
• Inquiries received on non-business days will be handled in order from the next business day.

• If your inquiry is about an order, please include your order number.
• Photos cannot be attached to this form. If you need to send photos (for example, to report a defective item), please email them to info@gmlabs.jp with your order number in the subject line.
• Please note that we may not be able to answer some inquiries.
